About the Founder
The founder of Sema Africa, Tony Aloyce, grew up in a small village close to Manyara National Park. Through hardwork and determination, he was able to support himself through community college classes in Arusha where he was able to learn everything there is to know about becoming the best tour guide. He also has a love for languages, as he is fluent in
English and German. After many years of practicing patience of climbing the tourism ladder in Tanzania, building many connections along the way, and honing in on his dreams, Tony was able to start Sema Africa Tours.
