About the
Founder
The founder of Sema Africa, Tony Aloyce, grew up in a small village near Lake Manyara National Park. Through hard-work and determination, he supported himself while attending community college classes in Arusha, where he developed the knowledge and skills needed to become a professional safari guide. Tony also has a passion for languages and is fluent in English and German.
After years of dedication, patience, and working his way through Tanzania’s tourism industry while building meaningful connections along the way, Tony achieved his dream of founding Sema Africa Tours. A safari company focused on creating unforgettable experiences, sharing the beauty and culture of Tanzania while creating opportunities for fellow Tanzanians.
