3-Day Tanzania camping Safari Itinerary
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park, famous for its large elephant populations, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.
You may see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and many species of birds.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive.
In the late afternoon, leave Tarangire and drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Activities: Game drive
After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive.
The crater offers excellent opportunities to see a wide variety of wildlife in a relatively compact area. Look for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhinoceros.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before continuing your game drive.
In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Activities: Ngorongoro Crater game drive
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park.
Enjoy a morning game drive through the park, which features groundwater forests, open grasslands, and the alkaline Lake Manyara. Wildlife may include elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, baboons, hippos, and numerous bird species.
After lunch, begin the drive back to Arusha.
Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon or evening, marking the end of your safari.
